Course purchase terms

For individual course purchases offered from September 2026.

One payment for your course

Prices are in USD. Each purchase includes the selected course in Growth Studio, its listed materials, and updates to that course when we make them. Courses are sold separately. There is no recurring charge or promise of future courses.

Access

No scheduled expiration. Revisit your purchased course for as long as Growth Studio operates. You will need a free account using the email from checkout. Streaming requires an internet connection; downloadable materials are labeled in the course. You may watch together with a partner or support person using your learning account. Separate logins and progress are not included; do not share your password.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing bloom@bloompsychologynorthaustin.com. Include your checkout email and the course name. A full refund ends access supplied by that purchase; other purchases and valid gifts retain their own terms.

Education and support

Educational courses from Dr. Jana Rundle. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or a therapist–client relationship. Contact bloom@bloompsychologynorthaustin.com for account or technical help. Individual clinical advice and appointments are separate services.

Existing memberships, gifts, and earlier purchases keep their original access and billing terms. Existing subscribers can manage billing from their account.
