You’re fine, technically
Work is fine. The relationship is fine. Nothing is wrong enough to explain why you feel like this, which somehow makes it worse.
Individual therapy · Austin & online in 40+ states
For women carrying a career, a relationship, a household, or all three, who look fine from the outside and are running on empty underneath. In Austin, and online.
You don’t have to be in crisis to want things to be different. When anxiety, burnout, or a decision you keep circling takes up more room than it should, therapy is a place to think clearly with someone whose whole job is to help you do that.

Where we can start
You’re allowed to need something too.
Work is fine. The relationship is fine. Nothing is wrong enough to explain why you feel like this, which somehow makes it worse.
At work, at home, with your friends, with your parents. Everyone gets a version of you that’s handling it. Nobody gets the version that isn’t.
You replay conversations, brace for things that haven’t happened, and lie awake running through tomorrow. Being capable doesn’t make it quieter.
A job that used to fit doesn’t. A relationship is at a crossroads. You keep saying you’ll deal with it after this busy stretch, and the busy stretch never ends.
If some of this sounds familiar, a 15-minute conversation is an easy next step.

Working with Dr. Rundle
Therapy gives you a place to slow down long enough to see what’s actually driving how you feel. This isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about getting back to the version of you that isn’t running on fumes.
Along the way, you’ll build skills for catching the anxious spiral before it takes over, setting limits without a week of guilt afterward, and making decisions based on what you want rather than what’s expected of you.
Here’s what that tends to look like in practice. You stop rehearsing conversations that haven’t happened yet. You say no and don’t spend the evening justifying it. You make the decision you’ve been circling for months. You get clearer about what you want, not just what everyone needs from you.

No. Most women who reach out aren’t in crisis. They’re tired, anxious, stuck on a decision, or quietly not okay in a way they can’t explain. That’s enough. The free consultation is a chance to say what’s going on and hear whether working together makes sense.
Yes. Dr. Rundle is known for her work with new moms, and a large part of her practice is women who aren’t parents at all: navigating burnout, anxiety, relationships, career changes, and the question of what they actually want. Motherhood is one door into this practice, not the only one.
Yes. Dr. Rundle sees clients in person in Austin and online throughout Texas. Online sessions cut the commute, which is often what makes weekly therapy possible at all.
Dr. Rundle holds a PSYPACT E.Passport, so she can keep seeing you by telehealth while you’re physically in another participating state, whether that’s a work trip or a relocation. Mention travel or a possible move during your consultation and she’ll confirm what’s available where you’ll actually be.
There are some early morning and lunchtime appointments. Online sessions also remove the commute, and plenty of clients meet from a parked car between commitments, or from an office with the door closed. Ask about current openings during your consultation, since availability shifts.
Therapy rates vary and are discussed before you book a session. Dr. Rundle is out of network and can provide superbills. Any reimbursement depends on your insurance plan. The initial 15-minute consultation is free.
