What's the difference between the Patient Portal and New Mom Program?

The Patient Portal is exclusively for active therapy patients to manage appointments, view clinical records, and handle billing. The New Mom Program is our wellness education platform offering self-guided courses open to everyone.

I'm having trouble accessing the Patient Portal. What should I do?

How do I purchase a New Mom Program course?

Visit the New Mom Program, browse available courses, and click "Enroll Now" on any course page. You'll be guided through a secure checkout process using Stripe. Once payment is complete, you'll have immediate access to all course materials.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Please call our office at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. You can also manage appointments through the Patient Portal if you have access.

Is my information secure?

Yes. We are HIPAA compliant and use industry-standard encryption to protect all patient information. Clinical data is stored in secure, HIPAA-compliant systems separate from course data.
