Okay, let's talk about my top recommendation for my clients who have postpartum depression or postpartum anxiety. One of the biggest risk factors for perinatal mood disorders is disrupted sleep. And so I am always trying to help my clients get to the magical number, four hours of uninterrupted nighttime sleep. Daytime naps can help, but that nighttime sleep is much more restorative than daytime naps. So we are trying to get to four hours of nighttime uninterrupted sleep. And if you are postpartum, you know how hard that is. It truly takes a village. So it's enlisting the help of partners, support people, family, friends to do a night feed so that mom can get four hours. And when you get to that magical number, if you've ever gotten there, you will know you can, you could rule the world on four hours of sleep, but anything less than that is going to be really tough to start feeling your best. So if you're postpartum, try it. Magical number four.
